An annual event for the House of Sakina supporting
APWA is attending the Annual event for House of Sakina supporting the resilience, recovery, and prosperity of disadvantaged CALD women.
APWA Family, team, and members, attended House of Sakinah’s Annual Event where awareness was raised for Family Domestic Violence. The fundraiser was attended in great numbers by people from multicultural backgrounds supporting the concept of reinstating Trust and promoting Tranquillity in the life of marginalized women and Children.
The Event was hosted at Himalaya Emporium and attended by Mark Coure, Minster of Multiculturism & Senior, Rais Khan, President of Islamic Forum for Australian Muslims, Amira Rahman from Muslim Youth Association, Jahida El Assad, Education, and Personal Coach, Princess R Lakshman of Mond Body Healing Club, Nicole Louis, Senior Constable of Campsie Police, Aisha El Homsi of Giving Back Australia. The Consulate General of Pakistan, Muhammad Ashraf, also spoke at the event.
